There is a mine nearby so you will hear a few noises at night but not enough to disturb you.

Beatiful location with good clean amenities and a beautiful swimming hole. Also good fishing for redfin perch and marron.

This is a great free camp! Lots of spaces for temp camping, great pool for swimming, bins, flushing toilets, playground for kids, free library and even a herb garden. Max. 3 nights, as told by the ranger. Signs for "quiet time" of an evening would be good so generators and loud music isn't played into the late-early hours.

There is a free herb garden that only requires you to water it if you choose to take some.

A beautiful place to stay the night. All it costs is a little respect for the community. Don't camp in the day area or in the parking space in front of the toilets. The signs around make it clear where you can and I also posted a picture of it to help.

Also there's a book exchange there. The board walk is nice and we'll looked after.
